“ The chicken is well marinated, and truly lives up to the expectations of “ayam pedas”. The spiciness is friendly on my mouth (I still can taste the other rich flavors on the sambal), but it kicks on my nose. Came here for lunch, and I had to wait for around 30 mins to be seated, but the food came directly after that. And it’s worth it P.S. I came at 1.30-ish, and all side dishes were sold out. Better come here earlier. ”
“ Must try their ayam pedas, chicken was tender blends very well with the sambal. For kids you can choose the sweet one, and they loved it. Free refill rice, be careful. ”
“ Selalu always makan disini, rasa nggak pernah berubah, the staffs are very genuine and helpful. They have two kind of grill chicken both spicy and sweet sauce are delicious along with fresh vegs as condiments. Always crowded lunch and dinner time but they will make sure you have seats. ”
“ I’ve eaten this ayam bakar so many times, and honestly it’s the best in Jogja. I even recommended it to my friends visiting Jogja, and they all agreed! The ayam bakar pedas is really tasty, full of seasoning, and you can take rice as much as you want with free refill. The price is super worth it for the flavor. They also give free snacks in a vintage jar, nice to munch while waiting. But actually, the food comes pretty fast even when the place is crowded. The restaurant feels cozy, like eating at grandma’s house. The only minus is the parking space, which is a bit small. ”
“ This resto is one of Yogya's legend ayam bakar resto. Placed in palagan, north area of Yogya, they offer spicy and sweet ayam bakar. I tried the spicy one and it was totally spicy but really enjoyed the dish. They serve snacks in the table that can be enjoyed while we're waiting for the chicken. For the price, it was quite fair price tho. ”
